Why doesn't Hulu show the episodes for bubblegum crisis?

I want to watch Bubblegum crisis, 80's anime series, and it's added to my list on Hulu so it exists on the streaming site, but no episodes show up or seasons. nothing. do I need to upgrade my Hulu account? or add an extension of some sort?

I watched it on netflix when they had it, but it doesn't look like they do anymore either.

It used to be available on Hulu but isn’t anymore. I think it’s available on the app Midnight Pulp, which just has a ton of 80s and 90s anime and horror movies available to watch free.
