Is Indian diet the healthiest diet in the world?

Indian diet has no meat, eggs and processed food at all. It contains of grains, lentils, fruits and vegetables. Whereas, the diet of most western countries is based on meat, fat and fake things.

Does that mean Indians have the best diet in the world??

Yes. I am a new vegetarian because of weight gain yet again. Fish, vegetables, and rice aren’t as filling as Indian food. It’s not as sustainable because of it lacks variety. Imagine eating fish and salad everyday. I think most Asians just have a fast metabolism. They are always eating junk food but they don’t gain weight, so that’s probably why they live long. For the rest of us that aren’t asian, we probably can’t get away with stuffing ourselves on mukbangs. Of course if you’re vegetarian, the rational thing to do is stock your pantry with Indian spices.  Bhavna’s Kitchen on YouTube does have an instructional video explaining the different spices you need.

Where do they get vitamin B12?

Indians who are pure vegetarians or vegans (who don't eat any animal products, including meat, milk, cheese, and eggs) are highly prone to be vitamin B12 deficient," says Anil Arora, Unit Head and Senior Consultant (orthopedics) at Max Super Speciality Hospital in Patparganj.

It's not Indian whole. It is actually from Delhi region.

Only if you can prove to me that eating eggs, meat, and fat is bad for you.

What you're really neglecting here is that traditional Indian meals involve a great number of spices.  Those spices are the true key to their health.  A person coming from India would be disgusted to walk into the average American kitchen only to discover it limited to salt and pepper.

The most boring diet. I could get the same effect from eating tree leaves and grass.
