How to reduce acid reflux?
So I have been on a goal to gain weight, and I am very happy as I have went from 72kg to 80kg, I want to go harder, but when I try to eat my 6/7 meals it gets harder as I get acid reflux (I eat every 2 hours), any way to reduce this?

Look up GERD diet. Follow it. Avoid the following, soda, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, peppermint, onions, rich meals with sauces and gravy, high fat dairy products, fatty breads, as per diet. Eat three meals a day, but small ones. If hungry between meals, have some fruit. Avoid vinegar and lemons. Avoid creamy and fatty salad dressings. Learn to eat plain vegetables. See a Dr as it's medications are being recalled. Acid damages esophagus. You don't want that.

try some ranitidine (if you don't have TUMS or other calcium tablet). It's cheap and OTC
