is biking riding good for burning fat and developing lean muscle? or will i end up with bulky legs and still have my big tummy? ?

    Riding long distances tends to burn fat and improve aerobic fitness.  Which should help you get rid of your tummy.

    Riding sprints tends to be anaerobic - and builds massive legs.

      Yeah.  Pedal at a moderate cadence (meaning not either the highest or lowest gears) for several miles.  Breathe deeply and keep hydrated.

       Keep it up, and you should see the weight start to come off, without jacking up your legs.

    biking, swimming and walking are all good for the tummy

      i swan for three weeks (before it got cold) and it definitely changed my shape, i was just never really able to swim for too long

    It depends how hard you push.  Biking up hills burns a lot of calories.
