Why are Dominicans and Sudanese Arabs considered Black people. But Puerto Ricans and Egyptians are considered non-black people?
All four groups are a mixture of African and Caucasian ancestry. What's the difference?

Dominicans look more black than Puerto Ricans do, because of their proximity to Haiti, and the Dominican Republic was the first place in the new world to import slaves.
Sudanese Arabs have been in contact with Nubian people for a few centuries, and many of them have mixed in breaded with the Nubians, so they got tainted overtime.
Puerto Ricans and Arabs from Egypt have been mixing with fair skin people from, so some of the genes have whitened out.
I don't know what you think you're doing, but stop trying to amalgamate and annex other ethnicities, races, and nationalities with mentally ingrained, "one drop rule" Timothy Lynch, racial stratification, colorist bs and black supremacy.
Just because your former gringo slaves master programmed you to what is black and what is white, may not apply to other people from somewhere else, just because they have a little caca on their skin, it doesn't mean those people are your people.
You seem like a simple minded person, who wants to categorize other races, usually the ones that show or have an inferiority complex.
Who ever you are Puerto Ricans are not black, and neither are Arabs from Egypt.
It's always 🙊👹 like you that look for trouble, and ********* everyone everywhere you go.
Take you black lies matter bull$hit somewhere else, Uncle Tom.

They are called black because they look african and have high(major ancestry) African ancestry and other ancestries are much less.
They are called non-black because they dont look african and their non-african ancestry is much higher than their African ancestry.

You're mistaken, Egyptians are considered black because they are. Africa is the birthplace and home of the black man and woman.

Egyptians aren't Black they have more genetic connection to Arabs of the Levant & Europeans than to Sub-Saharan Africans.
Puerto Ricans are Biracial to Multiracial with some of them can be mistaken for being White. Sudanese Arabs aren't really genetically Arab & Dominicans have African features.
