If a woman (employed or not) is looking for a man who makes around $100,000 year, does that make her a gold-digger, or high standards ?

We're only allowed the standards we can meet ourselves. An unemployed person has no right to demand a certain salary just as a physically unattractive person has no right to demand a super model. Emotions do occasionally cross these lines but in general unless she's earning 100K she can't demand a man who earns that. Any half intelligent man wouldn't marry a woman with a lesser income anyway because that's a great way to be on the losing end of a bitter divorce. Fun fact: Couples who earn the same rarely end up paying alimony or child support in a divorce.

Not necessarily, she might simply be looking for a more financially secure future.

That's a middle class salary that many people with an education, skill and determination have an expectation of reaching. It's neither a gold-digger expectation or particularly "high standards". It means she wants to live a life that includes a budget of "options". Options like vacations and health care and a new car every 7 years and the ability to save for a home. It's a middle class income. Gold diggers are people who are seeking people of wealth. $100,000 is not wealth. It is comfort.
