what happens to people born on feb 29? do they stay same age for 4 years? my son was born on feb 29 and we don't know when to celebrate his birthday.

They'd likely have a late a/o early b-day
but having your special day then doesn't slow

Pick either Feb 28 or March 1 or be cheap and tell your son he only gets a birthday every 4 years on the average.
