Can you explain this? what's the different?

What's the difference of Full Disclosure and Non Disclosure Agreement, can you explain in the layman's term.

    Not sure what you want for Full Disclosure; I've never heard of a Full Disclosure agreement. It means everything can and/or has been disclosed (made known). A Non-Disclosure Agreement documents an agreement between two or more parties not to disclose the specified material. For example, a company may have an employee sign an NDA to not disclose company proprietary information.
