When on a date, is it illegal to secretly record audio?
If so, would that be a violation, a misdemeanor or a felony? State of Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania's wiretapping law is a "two-party consent" law. Pennsylvania makes it a crime to intercept or record a telephone call or conversation unless all parties to the conversation consent. ... Therefore, you may be able to record in-person conversations occurring in a public place without consent.

In Pennsylvania it is a felony to record a conversation without everyone in the conversation giving their consent to the recording.

PA is a two-party consent state so it would be illegal to record someone without their permission.

Your state, your question, Google PA code wiretapping. Any recording (audio, video) generally falls under a state's 'wiretapping' code section, dude.
