how do you start a support ticket on facebook and yes i know you can do it. So someone please tell me how. No stupid answers.?

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. There is no option on FB to open a generic ticket to receive help, that simply does not exist. You can, however, request help reporting issues, and account related issues. Outside of that, there isn't much you can do. Since you failed to give any details, we really can't help you any further.
