How do I breed teacup German Shepherds?

Any details would be nice.

Breed german shepherds a lot, and then breed the smallest with the smallest time after time after time. This will mean a lot of inbreeding, but that is okay.

You don't. You are not an ethical breeder, you are not a licensed breeder. I doubt you are willing to pay hundreds, or thousands of the pregnancy goes wrong, on regular vet trips. Infact, before you even mate her you will want to get a vet to test her and the males genes to make sure you aren't inbreeding two (they are likely to be related no matter how different they look).

Clearly this is a troll question BUT responsible breeders DO NOT mess around with existing breeds which have a Breed Standard which was drawn up years ago, and ratified by the relevant official Kennel Clubs around the world.   If you want a small dog, similar to a GSD who will be able to survive beyond the very few years 'teacup' puppies do, then please leave established breeds alone instead of trying to miniaturise them.

First, buy the largest tea cup you can, next get a heavy duty shock collar, fasten the collar around your genital area, hand the control, set to maximum to a random stranger and show them how to use it...

    Wait for inspiration...
