How to deal with self doubt at university?

I constantly compare myself with others and feel worthless. I think that my ideas are not good enough to be shared, i don't engage in activities because of self doubt and anxiety and I'm afraid I will never break out of this cycle. I'm a shy person and I find it difficult to open up to my surroundings and my peers. This crushes me, I want to be a confident individual and I don't know how to get there.

it's an illusion that you aren't good enough or as good as others, you have to see through that illusion.

You can't be that stupid if you were accepted into uni.The rest is just social inexperience which can be easily gained through self awareness.Know your strengths how you can help others and you will get there.
