You tell me. The wealthiest 10% of households now hold 70% of all American wealth.

In the USA only the mentally disabled live in true poverty. Usually that is by their own choice, which they make because of not being rational.

But still there are Many who live paycheck to paycheck so if you consider that to be not enough then they likely outnumber the more affluent.

Consider the fact that even they could do better if they taught themselves how to live within a budget. It is likely many of them, in reality, do have enough.

World wide that question would definitely be answered with an affirmative claim that the impoverished well outnumber those who are affluent.

Define enough. People can survive on a dollar a day, but we have the luxuries of a first world society.. At a cost. If you're poor, maybe don't buy an $800 phone. Maybe career skills would be a better investment. I'm about to start a phlebotomy course. It's only $2k and it's a 2 month program. I only have to go to school on Saturdays as well.

In the U.S., most people "don't have enough money". That includes a great many people making over $100,000 per year. This is because the government has taught U.S. citizens to spend every dollar because the government will always bail them out. It is very, very sad. They will be broke in their later years.

Consistently spending more than you have is what makes the economy grow

The gap between the wealthy and the poor in the United States get bigger by the day. It is actually disgusting. Americans struggle to get by while the rich get a free ride. It is expensive to be poor in this country.

Most people make enough money, they just have a spending problem.
