    Yes, all Catholics celebrate the origin of Jesus Christ in the womb of His mother.

    Catholics celebrate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception

    as far as I know

    in every country in which a Catholic Church exists.

    (I'm pretty sure that is true.)

    I don't know if any other denomination celebrates that "feast".
