It’s a trick question and it will depend on exactly how it is to be worded.

It could be 140000/6 = 1/6 *2 = total Or it could be 2/6th of $140000

Of course that is if there were no deductions from the $140k

140,000/6 ... and then use the appropriate multiplier ... assuming no selling costs, liabilities, liens, or taxes.
