What would happen if Trump refused to leave office after a 2020 defeat?

Say for instance he contested the results of the election, claiming corruption, poll rigging, etc. Is there a procedure in place for such an eventuality?

You can't even answer a hypothetical question without Hillary.

We already know the no-ID states like CA and NY will manufacture however many ballots are required for the Democrat to win the national popular vote. Fortunately, the no-ID states are in the minority and their number is getting less.

There is no need for a new procedure. If he loses the election, he is out. None of his order will be effective following the inauguration of another president, and he could be forcefully removed if need be.
