i tried everything - i need help to disable one drive on this computer?

    I take it you're referring to One Drive, the online storage etc. facility. Then if you want to disable it follow Starrsky's lead and unlink it. If you want to remove it entirely, uninstall it.

    UNINSTALL it, it is an application.

    If you mean Microsnot's One Drive service, unlink its software.  That is all that can be guessed from only "this computer" and no details about it.

    In Computer Management-Disk Management, try removing the drive letter.

      Press WINDOWS key +R, at the same time, type in deskmgmt.msc.

    Open the case, and unplug the power cord from it. That will disable it.
