Are you suggesting that the animals want to be eaten and are asking permission? I think it's the people who are allowed. "What animals are people allowed to eat in your country?" I recommend being a little more careful in spelling "country."

"Is this questions grammatically correct?" -- No, you can't use "is" or "this" with a plural noun -- "questions."

It should be:  Are these questions grammatically correct?Animals don't ask for permission to be eaten.  That's what your second question suggests.Say instead:  Which animals can be legally eaten in your cOuntries?

What animals may legally be eaten in your countries?

Otherwise it sounds as though the animals are asking for permission to be eaten.

I'd prefer to use the word "which" rather than "what", but besides spelling that works.

Other than the misspelling of the word countries, It's fine.

Gramatically fine. Spelling needs a bit of work.
