Reduce weight: Eat right and exercise
Look young: That's mostly genetics, but you can help by taking care of your body, taking care of your skin, and keeping up your appearance (youthful hair cut/style, wardrobe, etc)

Do what the TV and everyone says: and fail, like they all did.
