What would happen to my body if I didn't eat for a month?

it would cease functioning and start decomposing

The body can only survive for three weeks without food. If this survival period was longer, your body would become substantially weak, but as long as you had access to plenty of water, you would live.

make sure you have clean water

That honestly depends on your weight if you're obese, overweight, or morbidly obese you would just lose body fat. But if you're already in shape you'll lose your muscle mass and you have a higher chance of dying quicker than someone who's overweight.

You'd be very unhealthy, and depending on your weight and health when you started your fast, it's possible you could die (some people can go 30 days or more with no food, some cannot). Even if you survived, it would be VERY hard on your body, and you'd lose a lot of fat, muscle, and minerals as your body would be drawing energy from within itself to stay alive.

You'd probably lose some weight... and also muscle mass.

Depending on what you’re drinking. A girl at work only had smoothies and water for a long time. She looked healthy but then again...smoothies have actual fruit in them so maybe it’s different
