Hello "Bubba Ray",
Prosecuting a prime minister who has proven to be an excellent leader should not be undertaken lightly.

The delay between the commission of the alleged offence and the time of the charging decision: considerations relevant to the impact of any delay include the responsibility of the accused for the delay, the discoverability of the alleged offence by the police or investigative agency, and the complexity and length of the investigation; [...]"Extract source:Public Prosecution Service of Canada2.3 Decision to ProsecutePublic Prosecution Service of Canada Deskbookhttps://www.ppsc-sppc.gc.ca/eng/pub/fpsd-sfpg/fps-... - - - End of extract - - - -I hope this helps.Robert.

Maybe, the USA should follow the example of Israel, where they think a leader is NOT above the law. Netanyahu has been indicted on charges of Fraud, Bribery and Breach of Trust, turns out, he probably isn't a nice guy.
