History thoughts?

 In July, 2018, after his famous meeting with Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, Donald Trump said that no American president has been as tough on Russia as he has been. (With both qualitative and quantitative evidence) that lays out why Presidents Truman or Eisenhower were much tougher on the Soviet Union during their presidencies than the current administration.

    Trump meant no president in recent history. Of course Cold War presidents were outraged when Russia annexed Eastern Europe.
