Why would a women that was born in the USA?

Why would a women that was born in the USA, remain in Japan (will not return to the USA) with her Japanese mother? In 1994 She was taken from the USA to Japan in violation of The International Parental Kidnapping Crime Act 1993 (IPKCA) and her mother is wanted for parental abduction in the United States. She says that if her Japanese mother had not done this, than her children that are born in Japan would not be alive today. She is very thankful that she has several children. Her children live with there mother and grand mother in Japan.

She says that she does not want anything to do with her American father. She says her children that are born in Japan also will never know there father, because in Japan she does not have to share custody with the biological father.

Seems to be one particular women you are referring to. So ask her. She wants to stay where she was brought up with relatives she knows.
