yes along with calorie defect, you need to work your whole body to lose stomach fat, the more muscle you have in your legs and arms and glutes the more calories you will burn thus having a slimmer stomach, so work everywhere

Abdominal exercises are effective in making the abdominal muscles more firm and defined. If you want to lose fat, that's done with your diet. You can work your abs all you want, but until you burn the fat off that's covering them, they'll just be really toned abs that no one can see. As the saying goes "Abs are made in the kitchen". Get your eating right, and understand that 80% of fat loss is about what you eat. Exercise is just a bonus.

What you're eating is the primary way to lose belly fat loss. Exercise burns a little bit of fat, not a lot. Eat a lot of dark green leafy vegetables and colorful vegetables and other whole, healthy foods

You cannot choose where you lose fat. Working a part of the body does not burn fat from that part.

    No.

Abdominal exercises tone abdominal muscles. It doesn't necessarily burn abdominal fat. The loss of fat isn't localized. It happens everywhere in the body, even in places you don't see like around your intestines and in your liver.

To lose a lot of fat, eat way less carbs. That way, excess sugars don't get converted to more fat.

No, in fact they'll appear to be counter productive

You can't lose fat over one area, unless you go for lipo

You need to diet and exercise to achieve this

Abdominal exercises will increase the muscle, pushing the fat forward, creating the impression youre getting fatter.
