How to best find single occupancy public restrooms?

I’m a male and I find myself uncomfortable and many times unable to go while I’m a public restroom even if I’m in a stall. I do a lot of long distance travel by car does anyone have any advice on what business or types of businesses would most likely have single occupancy public restrooms. Even if the restroom is completely empty and there is no one around I still find it difficult. Any general advice would be much appreciated.

I would advise you instead to work on your psychological problems in that area.  Bathrooms like you are describing are too hard to find.  I can go anywhere.  I even have a plastic tumbler under my driver's seat, in case of emergencies.

Quit your long distance travel by car job, and work from home.

Maybe set up a portable toilet seat off your back bumper?

Gas stations are usually single rooms unless you object to the woman's bathroom next door.  In that case, see above.
