Why is the United States legal system different from the Canadian one? Also why does usa have more cameras in their courtsand prisons?

    Because they are different countries. Canada still acknowledges the Queen, if only as a formality.

    Canadian one is based on the Wetstminster System.

    The USian one isn't.

    Uh....cuz Canadian legal system is mirrored after Britian, while the US isn't.

    There's a reason ONE is called Canada and the OTHER is called USA.  Think about that.

    Why? Different countries.  The legal systems are similar, don't know why someone would think they would or should be the same.
