Would you propose any changes to the Constitutional powers of the President and/or Congress?

If so, explain what changes you would propose. If not, then explain why you would not.

Term limits for congress and mandatory requ.irement at age 70 for the supreme court.

However, neither one would ever be  passed

I would like to see the LIMITS on both strictly enforced. Limit their powers to the few areas specified in the Constitution, Articles 1 and 2. If this had been done for the last 75 years, America's debt would be near nil and current spending would be about 40% of what it is.

No, but it's clear that after we get rid of Trump and Mitch, Congress will have to pass some laws to make sure no president is able to be this corrupt or criminal again,

Most of the current powers the President has go beyond the bounds of the Constitution because Congress gave him those powers.
