Should the US give free healthcare to the entire world ?

We're already paying for most of it anyway through our military spending, economy, medical technology, foreign aid and pharmaceuticals

I suspect your  "free health care to the world" also includes the fight against disease generally , mutations and possible pandemics -- that is ,a certain amount of the action we take is out of our own long term self interest ?

Would you rather fight potential pandemics at source -- or just wait for them to reach us before acting ?.

“The world” already has free healthcare only the red countries don’t, all but one are third world countries.

No other country seems to confuse medical aid for their own citizens with communism, this seems to be a purely right wing American fantasy.

Yes, but not if it has anything to do with the pharmaceutical companies, which need to have money making taken out of the equation in order to make health, healthy.

What has America's military spending got to do with healthcare?

America doesn't even provide free healthcare to it's own citizens.

Or,,,, how about we stop giving so much money to countries that do have universal health care and instead use it to provide our own citizens with health care.

Leftists are hate filled and bigoted for demanding immigrants make it inside our borders before they can get “free” healthcare

It doesn't even give free healthcare to its own citizens, so that is unlikely
