How safe is rice for daily consumption?

I eat rice everyday but people told me it's contaminated?

It is contaminated with carbohydrates and sometimes dietary fiber if whole grain.  Considering it is a staple for a very large percentage of the world population, I would not be overly concerned unless you are a diabetic.

I lived in Japan for a year and ate rice nearly three times a day without consequences

It's safe to eat rice everyday i don't know what idiot told you it's contaminated. I wouldn't worry unless there's a recall on it.

I don't know what it's contaminated with anything but it is a grain, and grains are high carb foods.

You can eat it everyday. It’s not contaminated and I don’t know who told you that but they’re wrong
