Do you think broccoli would taste good mixed in with ground beef chili (beef, beans, tomato sauce, spices, etc)?

Tastewise it would be ok, but it is more the fact it will fall apart and loose texture by the time the beef is done.

Try using french beans, edame beans or peas instead as these are more robust mixed with beef and are more of a chilli thing.

If you like broccoli, i don't see an issue. Cook some separately and put it into a bowl of the chili and see what you think.

Sure, but dice it fine so it blends in.  Otherwise, the tender parts will fall apart and leave you with odd lumps.

It might, I would'nt put broccoli in it.

You could have it blanched or sauted as a side with a Queso dip.

Broccoli is good in the compost pile, no where else.
