Why is Trump's lawyer in Hague arguing before the International Criminal Court instead of representing him in the impeachment?

Will he be representing him once it goes to the Senate?

Update:

Not Guilliani....Jay Sekulow

The administration has no interest in this extremely biased kangaroo court. If it goes to the Senate, forcing both Biden’s, Schiff, Hillary, and maybe Obama to testify, the facts will come out. Do you really think Trump and his supporters have even a smidgen of concern about getting to the facts? Your offensive team has failed miserably. You should worry about YOUR defense.

There IS NO "impeachment" yet, DUMMY! The Socialist Democrats HAVE NOT voted to impeach the President. The ONLY thing going on in Washington DC these days is a Socialist Democrat dog & pony show in an attempt to destroy the reputation of a sitting President. It IS NOT a legal proceeding, and even if Trump's lawyer WAS present, he wouldn't be allowed to participate.

Trump knows Giuliani is a crook and is trying to distance himself from him.

    • I'm talking about Jay Sekulow not Rudy Giullianni
