How many pages for chapters are long enough in an autobiography or memoir?

As many as you'd like it to be.

Dan, by now you ought to know--I'm pretty sure I've told you myself--that book lengths, including chapter lengths, are measured in word count, not pages.
There is no ideal length for a chapter. The shortest I've ever seen was one word, and it worked. ("Misery," by Stephen King.) The longest is probably 35,000 words long, and it worked, too.
In general, modern readers prefer shorter chapters, so seek a place to break it when you have a change in setting or a jump in time.
My chapters tend to run 2500 to 7000 words, pretty long compared to many other writers'.

As many pages as you need, but not more than you need.
