Stripped PS4 screw?

I’m trying to clean my PS4 due to overheating issues but there’s a stripped screw preventing me from taking out the power core. I’ve tried using a rubberband, sand paper, even super gluing the screw driver to the screw itself. Nothing seems to work. Is there anything else I can try or am I just screwed? :/

Take a Dremel motor tool and cut the head of the screw off once you get the bracket out of the way or lift out the power cord youwill easily be able to clamp on to the piece of the screw that's sticking up and remove it with a good pair of vice grips you can then replace the screw.
