Fat - carrying more weight, in fat tissue, than is recommended for your height, body frame size and age.

Ugly - a subjective term meaning something or someone is not attractive in the view of the person making the claim.

Overweight people may or may not be 'ugly' to other people. People who are not overweight, may or may not be 'ugly' to other people. What one person finds unattractive, another person may find VERY appealing.

No.  Not at all.  Far too much weight is placed on physical attributes when trying to determine a person's worth.   There are PLENTY of absolutely gorgeous people (men and women) that are down right black souls and worthless people.

True beauty is determined, ultimately, no about how someone looks or their body type.  Their wit, mind, character, heart, care for others, etc are what makes them beautiful.  Lacking positives in those areas, ugly.
