What happens if reducing sugar (Fractose, Glucose) is present in Non-Reducing Sugar (e,g sucrose)?

What did you mean? Fructose is the bad one, but ALL sugars are toxic if consumed chronically and in quantity EXCEPT for lactose and galactose.
Glucose is the fuel for life and is metabolized by every cell in the body. Fructose is only metabolized in the liver, easily overwhelming it and causing inflammation that causes dysfunction that causes obesity, diabetes II and heart disease.
You don't need to fear just table sugar. HFCS, honey, nectar, juice, molasses, maple syrup and white flour products (most breads, crackers and pastas) are all too high in fructose.
