When I go to bed I hear voices and they’re just talking about normal everyday things. It’s like my mind is in a small crowd of people just chatting. I can’t stop them from talking or make it quiet, but when I open my eyes they’re completely gone. It is very common, yes. I have mild exploding head syndrome, which bothers a lot of people but not me. Don't worry.
