Scientists know that love is only chemicals. Does that cheapen it for them?
Do they see the world as less meaningful and less beautiful since they know that everything is just physics and chemistry

Nope, we can all find happiness in chemistry and physics. Natural laws do not cheapen the experience

"Only" and "just" are your value judgements on physics and chemistry. Scientists do not share your attitude.

No, it does not cheapen it or make it less meaningful. Many scientists, although probably not all, understand the difference between list, infatuation and live, which is mental as well as physical. Sometimes life experience is required before some scientists learn the difference. Yes

I don't think so. Everything we do and experience is really only chemicals yet it is life and what we have to live, so might as well go with it and enjoy it.
