Do you know how to make smoked fish at home?

    I can't imagine how to get an entire fish into the rolling paper.

    Cold smoking takes a smoker that can run for hours at a time, if not days.  I hot smoke all sorts of things on my Weber kettle BBQ. Indirect heat, put wood chips, put lid on and set temperature under 300F, usually.  Easy. Not the hard chewy smoked salmon you can get but quite presentable.

    If you have a smoker, you can. I used to make my own smoked salmon. I soaked raw salmon in a brine over night before i put it into the smoker. The brine has vinegar, water, salt, honey or molasses and lemon juice in it. You can find recipes online

    get a metal biscuit tin, put wood chippings in the bottom and then some metal mesh above to put the fish on. Light the chippings, put the lid on and it will smoke the fish

    Hot smoke..I would put in my smoker. 

    I would not attempt cold smoking, a bit risky for me to try.

    Never made it before. Unless bake it and add lil liquid smoke to it
