Did the British realize the people they colonized were just as ticklish on the feet as they were? ?

No that fact escaped them in their race to colonise great parts of the world. This oversight cost them dear during the Tickle Riots which broke out all over the empire and resulted in the Universal Declaration of Tickle, signed into law on 6th of April, 1859 and celebrated on the annivesary every year since then with pageants, feasts and general rollicking. The mass tickle fests, once a part of traditional Tickle Eve festivities were eventually banned because of the deaths and unplanned pregnancies which resulted.

The colonizations was an event and not forcefully told to continue it. But it does exist today.

Have you seen a psychiatrist about your fetish obsession with tickling? It's not normal. ALL you do is ask questions about tickling.
