Does good health come with age?

Since young people can diet perfectly and exercise properly everyday and go to therapy but we feel like 5h!t most days no matter what we do. 20's has been a very sickening, grief-filled decade.

Does our physical and mental health get better in our 30's? What about 40's?

Update:

Considering the diet and exercising habits are continued forever

It would depend on exactly what physical and mental health issues you are dealing with.  You might get better at dealing with them as you age, or you might find medication that helps, or they might just go away.
