A man not being able to pee straight is often seen as mental weakness, is there a physical cure for it?

Update:

Please no more spam...does anyone know if there is a physical cure for not being able to urinate in a straight line, to stop it spraying to the side?

Update 2:

due to a urethra issue

Well, if it's a urethra thing, it's NOT mental.    Check out this web page.  https://patient.info/mens-health/penis-problems/hy...    and google   hypospadias

If it is due to a urethral issue discuss your concerns w/ a doctor preferably a urologist. Aside from that I have never heard of this being called a "mental weakness".

One may pull one's foreskin forward so that it makes a nozzle that directs and contains the stream into a straight stream.  That is a simple physical cure for a crooked stream.
