Will Lovie Smiff get one of the 7 head coaching spots that will be open this offseason?
Lovie should definitley be hired in either Washington or Atlanta. That guy knows how to teach the squib kick.

Time will only tell, but he doesn't really have a winning record as a head coach, he had a few winning season with the Bears, and his last head coaching job in the NFL was with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Currently he is the head coach of the Illinois Fighting Illni, and he is the first head coach on quite a few seasons that have got them to a bowl game. Illni's last bowl appearance was in 2014, just 2 years before he was hired. I will imagine that Mike McCarthy will also be one of the guys that might get hired by one of the teams that will fire their current head coach.

In 15 year of coaching in college and the pros he had 8 losing seasons and only 5 winning seasons. His career record in the NFL is 89-87 and 3-3 in the playoffs. And despite being a defensive "genius" has never had the #1 defense in the league as HC or DC and only top 4 twice. After 4 years in the weak big 10 conference he is 15-33.
Nah, doesn't need to be coaching in the NFL.
