What type of hay is this?

I want to know what type of hay this is:

    It's hard to say without seeing/smelling the hay. But it looks like good quality meadow grass hay.

      There are grain heads present in that hay that appear to be oats. Seed heads on meadow grass don't look like that at all.

    Looks to be oat hay, or oat mixed with another grass.
