Can you have a couple traits of autism but not have it?

The only traits I had were

-I was a bit late to speak. It was about 3 and half when I was a decent speaker.

-When I was a kid, I had weird interests, that normal kids wouldn't have. Such as outlets and states and their capitals.

But those are pretty much the only things, because my social awkwardness/anxiety. I am very insightful and intelligent, and am really good at reading facial expressions and sarcasm and that kind of stuff. The docters never said I had it either, as long as my parents aren't lying to me.

Update:

besides* not because
