How can i prove that human genetic and morphological variation does NOT fit into groupings based on racial terms or continental origin?

Google it. The greatest genetic variability is found among Africans, even Africans from neighboring tribes. So you may resemble a Mongolian sheep-herder much more closely than two neighboring Africans resemble each other.

Well, you could start by acknowledging that you have 47 bundles of DNA that get passed on independently from one-another, and that the luck of the draw decides which 23 chromosomes you pass on to any child you make

You can't. "Racial terms" defining four, five, or six races are inaccurate.

Genetic differences between individual members of the same groupings show much more variation than with members of other groups. There is no genetic basis for defining human races.
