Does anyone know any good dinner recipes that don't include garlic, seafood, or tomatoes? My mom is highly allergic to those ingredients.?

Just don't add them.  It's not rocket science.

Honey, there are tons, but you need to start doing research. Googling something like this is easy if you use the right search terms.

So, for example, enter "chicken" and "no garlic" and "no tomatoes". Use the quotation marks.

Or do the same with beef or pork or pasta. Or vegetables.

You can always leave out garlic even if a recipe calls for it. They usually don't call for much.
