Is it possible to put 4 100w solar panels on a Heavy Duty Pipe/Pole/Tube. 1/4" Steel Solar Panel PV Mount/Bracket Kit on a 30ft - 40ft boat?

If it's possible then I would like to know how I can go about doing it?

Update:

I finished school. I have seen how other people do it. I am looking, for an alternative to be able to put solar panels on a boat. I am indecisive about where I will be going.

Update 2:

I am thinking of wrapping a stainless steel wire around the poles, and then welding the wire together, but not weld it with the poles. Would that work?

You need to get at least a "C" in middle school shop to be able to do that.

Solar panels on a boat?  Dumb idea.  The ocean will corrode the panels in a very short time.
