Going down I-95 from the Northeast US to Florida, where does it start to feel like you entered the South?

When you open your window and it feels really hot?

I'm not sure how you can feel like you've entered the south while driving on an interstate.  It starts getting more rural after Richmond, but trees are trees.  It's not like there are plantations alongside the interstate.  About the only thing you'll see that indicates that you are in the South is signs for chains that are mostly in the southeast, like Bojangles.  Well, that and picking up more country and religious stations on your radio.

Mid North Carolina is where the treasonous South starts in full.

I took that pic while on the I-95 northbound last March.
