It is mentioned that unemployment is low and there are jobs in the market.  But isn’t there no mention of “good jobs” not being available?

People shouldn’t have to struggle pay to pay check because their job doesn’t pay much.  Or people shouldn’t need to work two jobs especially if they live within their means.  Bootstrap mentality is dead, not a lot of good jobs to support it.  Doesn’t matter if you got a good degree or trade school

So true, I live in western oregon and there are very many minimum wage jobs but not much that pays over 20 bucks an hour which is basically how much it costs to live here,

any job that pays you to do is a good job... Even if your a dish washer... its a good job and be the best dishwasher there is..

What is bad is when people start living or trying to live out of their means instead of maybe taking part time classes bettering themselves and their education to get a better paying job.

Get some kind of training in computer science, even developing web pages.  Lots of high-paying work there.  It takes doing what the market needs.

That's ridiculous. There's never enough in any country to go around for everybody.

Its fact in the "working world" there's enough for the executive. Thats kind it.

Then it gets significantly reduced as it goes down the ladder. That's because its not pirate robbery.

In fair piracy where the pirates rob enough the pirates share equally and they provide nothing for the lamenting "customers" they robbed.

In the honest world where people actually provide a return for the customer there are expenses.

    And other costs.

You think you can cut expenses?

Go rkeep rediscovering natural resources you'll see where it gets you.

Your simple pirate mind has produced nothing but robbery find something else.

Because contrary to the constant ranting about the supposed liberal bias of the mainstream media, they aren't focusing on the bad news, and are disproportionately reporting the good things about the economy.

Exactly.  You see "help wanted" signs all over the place, but they are for jobs that most people wouldn't want, and they couldn't support themselves working there anyway.

You chose what to get your degree in. If you chose a saturated field, that was your fault. You have only yourself to blame.

There are tons of good jobs...

Here is a random company with about 4000 employees...

They have 70 "good" jobs (office, manufacturing mgmt, etc) on their website and a bunch more entry level distribution

    Here's another one:

122 full time jobs professional jobs out of a workforce of 3000 employees

    - many will make well over 6-figures

And for your "here in Arkansas":

90 jobs most professional positions in AK
