So -- when you were rushed to the hospital after your first cardiac arrest, and a million tests were done, what was found?

And when you had your SECOND cardiac arrest and were rushed to the hospital and 2 million tests were done, what was found?

And what did the cardiologists recommend as far as exercise?

This is a question to ask your cardiologist, not people on Yahoo.

Go to your doctor and get him to arrange hospital tests for your heart problem and then decide if it is safe to swim

Keep swimming but hire a private lifeguard to watch you at all times.

Keep exercising, keep swimming. If you don't, you will risk getting very sick indeed. Be guided, however, by your doctor's advice.

I'd see a doctor and address the heart issue. Ask him if you can swim.

I don't think quiting is necessary, maybe just taking things easy for a few months, not swimming to strain your body but rather to relax
